Buffalo Hybrid or Remote from anywhere in New York State! A Buffalo-based CPA firm is looking to hire a Tax Manager on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and train personnel for tax engagements Schedule personnel and monitor time budgets to ensure compliance with due dates Assist partners in practice development and practice management Assume full responsibility for large tax engagements Communicate policies and technical information to tax personnel through meetings Prepare and review all types of returns Complex tax research Motivate and assist staff in their professional development Our client provides an amazing company culture: casual work environment, full benefits package, mentorship, and just a really fun place to work! Job Requirements:
