Job Description:
Key Resource Group is proud to announce an opening for a Legal Staffing Manager in our Buffalo office. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our highly regarded legal recruitment team. The Legal Staffing Manager will be responsible for the interview, selection and offer process for all candidates as well as the development and maintenance of relationships with law firms and corporations in connection with identified job openings.

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for coordinating all job recruiting processes such as: an active search of potential candidates, reviewing and screening all incoming resumes, phone pre-screening candidates, face to face, telephonic, or virtual interviews with candidates
  • Ensures a positive experience for each candidate and client participating in the interview process
  • Works closely with firm clients to obtain new and updated search needs
  • Manages candidate development and contacts to meet current and anticipated law firm needs
  • Develops and maintains relationships with career services offices at law schools, Bar Associations and professional development organizations
  • Continually updates the company database with all new and relevant client and candidate information
  • Maintains regular communication with all involved in the recruiting process to maintain momentum, provide visibility and to ensure timely turnaround time with the candidate selection process
  • Shares job openings through social media, events and sharing communities

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1+ years` experience in legal recruiting or professional services recruiting in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
  • Understanding and familiarity with the legal industry and assigned markets highly preferred
  • Must possess a strong desire to learn and be part of a team, have an interest in technology, and be social media savvy
  • Have strong motivation for personal success, and a passion to build a business and achieve unlimited earning potential
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills
  • High degree of respect for the confidentiality of clients and candidates alike
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases preferred
  • Hands-on experience with virtual, phone, and in-person recruiting and interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
  • Extensive knowledge of recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.
  • Ability to work with all levels of a multifaceted workforce, as well as with confidential and complex projects
