Job Description:
KRG has partnered with a global manufacturing company who is looking to add a Test Lab Supervisor to oversee lab activities and the development and performance of products. Duties and responsibilities: Training and overseeing the development of lab personnel Creating reports to management on the availability of activities and resources Creating test, methods, processes, and plans and procedures Reviewing and documenting product test results Ensuring the safety and efficiency of lab activities As this position includes the supervision of test engineers, technicians and machinists, effective leadership and communication skills are required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred 4+ years of engineering management experience Previous experience in the aerospace industry preferred Strong technical writing skills Software experience including MS Excel, CAD, coding, data acquisition Experience with RTCA DO-160 and/or MIL-STD-8106G environmental test standards is preferred VBA programming, SOLIDWORKS, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW experience a plus Key Resource Group, LLC considers applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, citizenship, veteran status, gender expression and/or identity, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local laws.
